Every product starts with a mold. Our mold workshop designs and manufactures the molds used for brass die‑casting. This step requires experience, because a good mold ensures stable shapes, smooth surfaces, and consistent production later on.

Once the mold is ready, the brass breaks are melted and injected into the mold under high pressure. This is where the raw material becomes a real part — the body of a path light, the head of a spotlight, or a connector piece.
The workshop is warm, busy, and full of movement. Our technicians monitor each cycle to keep the process running smoothly.
After die‑casting, each piece goes to the CNC workshop. Here, the parts are drilled, threaded, shaped, or refined according to the design requirements.
This step ensures that every component fits together properly during assembly.
Before coloring, the brass parts need to be polished. Our polishing team removes rough edges and smooths the surface so the finish can be applied evenly.
It’s a dusty, repetitive job, but it makes a big difference in the final appearance.
Different markets prefer different finishes — antique brass, dark bronze, brushed brass, or custom effects. In the coloring workshop, we apply the finish according to each customer’s requirements.
This is where the product starts to look like the outdoor fixture you’d see in a garden or landscape project.
Once the components are ready, they move to the assembly workshop. Here, our team puts together the brass parts, wiring, connectors, and accessories to form a complete fixture.
It’s the moment when everything finally comes together.
The last step is packaging. We pack each product according to the customer’s requirements — individual boxes, bulk packaging, or custom labels.
Good packaging ensures the lights arrive safely, no matter how far they travel.
